JOB OVERVIEW

CoreBridge Solutions, a leader in digital and operational advancements across various industries, is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to guide the strategic and tactical execution of our digital marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and project management, particularly in leading marketing projects to successful outcomes.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing and project management tools and analytics software. Proficiency in ClickUp is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively across organizational levels, lead diverse teams, and effectively motivate staff towards achieving business objectives.
  • Proven expertise in managing resources efficiently and maintaining systematic progress on multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the project management process to effectively plan and execute timelines for digital campaigns across various channels including web, social media, email, and more.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools (e.g. ClickUp) to track progress, manage resources, and ensure continuous communication within the team.
  • Analyze marketing data to report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, including SEO strategies, to provide expert advice to clients and improve project outcomes.
