Description:
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Disability Administrator to join our client.
Contract Dates: 4 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $17.15 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Remote in Quebec)
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing incoming claim applications against an established set of criteria
- Identifying and following up for outstanding information
- Applying contractual provisions to set up all claims using web-based software
- Maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with internal partners to achieve and maintain client service deliverables
- Prioritizing and re-prioritizing constantly conflicting demands with very tight turnaround times
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Computer savvy - Intermediate PC skills with MS Word, MS Excel
- Customer service or data entry experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong service relationships
- Candidate must have great attention to detail and must be accustomed to repetitive, tedious work environment
