EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered)
EXPERIENCE:
- 4 years’ experience in a technical service role in the electrical field or with electronic systems
- At least 2 years’ experience as a field service engineer in support of laboratory, hospital, or medical instrumentation
- Equivalent experience in electronics, engineering, physics, or related field of study preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Must be bilingual in French
- Up to 75% travel, including weekends as needed in Canada, occasional international travel to other company locations for training or meetings
- Valid Passport and good driving record required
- Strong customer facing interaction and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-directed and takes initiative
- Ability to multi-task among a variety of concurrent activities with the ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work cohesively and effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated desire for self-development and eagerness to learn
- Proficient using Microsoft Office products
