EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered)

EXPERIENCE:

• 4 years’ experience in a technical service role in the electrical field or with electronic systems
• At least 2 years’ experience as a field service engineer in support of laboratory, hospital, or medical instrumentation
• Equivalent experience in electronics, engineering, physics, or related field of study preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Must be bilingual in French
• Up to 75% travel, including weekends as needed in Canada, occasional international travel to other company locations for training or meetings
• Valid Passport and good driving record required
• Strong customer facing interaction and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-directed and takes initiative
• Ability to multi-task among a variety of concurrent activities with the ability to manage priorities
• Ability to work cohesively and effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated desire for self-development and eagerness to learn
• Proficient using Microsoft Office products
