Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle all incoming sales-related calls. Every day, you will sell to various customer demographics, from existing to new clients, with a strong focus on tailoring the needs of our customers with the right solution. Team members are a vital part of our culture, and we continuously turn to them for their contributions and feedback. To thrive in this role, you must learn to adapt and connect with various customer demographics and better understand how different businesses operate.
This is a 4-month contract that can extend into a permanent position
Hybrid: 3 days per week in our downtown Vancouver office.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening in both French and English.
  • Preferred- 1-year experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Manage conversations with prospective accounts (incoming phone calls and web chats)to build relationships.
  • Determine needs for the Sage 50 product and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed the defined monthly sales quota.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Manage time appropriately to ensure that SPE productivity standards and KPIs are met regularly.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.
For this role, in those locations, the target salary range + OTE (on target earnings with commission) for new hires is $44,400 to $74,000.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
