QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in web development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Develop, test, and implement full-stack web applications with a focus on user experience, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and project managers to translate design concepts into functional tech solutions, enhancing the usability and aesthetics of our applications.
• Utilize HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks, and server-side languages to build responsive, mobile-first web designs and robust server solutions.
• Optimize web pages and server performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high standards for coding practices and documentation.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and stakeholders.
