Description:

We’re on the lookout for someone driven by passion, eager to take on challenges, and committed to making a difference. If you thrive on innovation and seek the freedom to work on your own terms while embracing responsibility, then this opportunity is for you.
As part of a mission-centric, locally delivered, and nationally powered organization, the Fund Development Lead serves as a leader in advancing our mission, increasing volunteer engagement, and enhancing community outreach. The Fund Development Lead is responsible for driving market growth by identifying, recruiting, managing, and inspiring a team of senior business executive volunteers and top fundraising teams to strive for and achieve ambitious targets.
This role requires attending in-person meetings, with up to 30% of your time spent out of your office meeting with the community and our regional constituents. There is potential for up to 5 weeks of out-of-province travel per year to engage and connect with colleagues and national stakeholders.
Your ability to inspire and motivate volunteers, paired with your proven track record in achieving ambitious goals, will be pivotal in our mission. If you are excited about the prospect of making a real impact in our community and are ready to embrace responsibility while enjoying the freedom to innovate, then we encourage you to join us on this journey.
