As a Bilingual HR Advisor you’ll be responsible for all HR advisory in Canada including our English and French speaking population. Your responsibilities are at the heart of driving our HR operating model, so aspiring for a great employee experience must be in your DNA.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • An independent HR Generalist
  • Minimum of BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related.
  • 1+ year of experience within a HR business partner/HR support

role, preferably within a large, multinational organization.

  • Must have knowledge of HR regulations/processes, labor law,

benefits, payroll, training and related.

  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Workday is preferred)
  • Strong communication/consultative/partnership skills are a must.
  • Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken

VOS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Un(e) généraliste RH indépendant(e)
  • Minimum de BS/BA en Ressources Humaines, Commerce, ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Plus d’un an d’expérience dans un rôle de partenaire d’affaires ou de soutien aux RH, de préférence au sein d’une grande organisation multinationale de préférence au sein d’une grande organisation multinationale.
  • Connaissance des réglementations et processus en matière de ressources humaines, du droit du travail, des avantages sociaux, de la paie, de la formation et d’autres domaines connexes des avantages sociaux, de la paie, de la formation et des domaines connexes.
  • Solides compétences en MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expérience des systèmes ERP (Workday de préférence)
  • De solides compétences en matière de communication, de consultation et de partenariat sont indispensables.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) à l’écrit et à l’oral.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Advises line manager on people management issues, complex HR

processes and legal boundaries

  • Advises on HR policies, including Reward policies and

talent management processes and escalates out-of-policy

cases/requests to HR business partner.

  • Assesses feasibility and boundaries of certain people management practices in specific contexts (factory, commercial, Business Group, HQ…)
  • Aims to meet targets and monitor KPI’s related to quality, speed

and customer satisfaction when handling cases using our case management system

  • Continuously drive standardization and improvements in way of

working, including pro-actively addressing communication and portal content on topics that can be (further) standardized.

  • Acts in close co-operation with other functions within HR

Services, especially Contact Center Advisor and Admin &Payroll specialist, and with other HR functions, such as local HR business partner and COE’s (Talent Acquisition, Reward, Talent Development, Training)
