Description:
We are offering a contract for a Bilingual HR Specialist role in Little Rock, Arkansas. Positioned in the manufacturing industry, this role involves a wide range of HR generalist tasks, including payroll administration, compliance, and implementation of standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle HR administration tasks using HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
- Implement and adhere to departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance in all HR practices, maintaining up-to-date knowledge on relevant laws and regulations
- Utilize Paycom for various HR functions, optimizing its use for efficiency and effectiveness
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and appropriate responses
- Maintain a multi-faceted approach to HR, accommodating the diverse needs of the organization.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Expertise in the use of Paycom or similar HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
- Solid experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Familiarity with Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong knowledge of HR-related compliance regulations and standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Detail oriented HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
