Description:

As a Corporate Solution Advisor / Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will aid organizations in improving their electronic payment acceptance efficiencies and revenue. While at the same time exemplifying distinction and excellence through information, guidance, and professional explanation.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience in payment processing technology/platform sales, point of sale (POS), other software channel sales and/or merchant solution sales in electronic payments markets preferred
  • Payment experience with larger ISO’s preferred
  • B2B tele sales preferred
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle
  • Demonstrated success in sales in the payment space
  • Current rolodex of potential clients is a plus
  • Desire to consistently exceed targets

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

  • 1+ years of payment space sales experience preferred
  • Ability to self-source your opportunities through a combination of cold calling and networking
  • Ability to self-motivate and organize activities without strict direction from management
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills.
  • Skillful in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to multitask and change direction in a dynamic payment processing environment
  • Proficient with computers and programs, including Microsoft and G Suite tools
  • Ability to effectively engage the audience via telephone, email and in person interactions
  • Must be able to attend all team meetings and company events, virtually and in-person
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed

  • Fluency in English and French required

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold canvassing, cold calling, and referral generation.
  • Properly manage inbound and outbound sales pipeline prospect opportunities in CRM
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities in CRM and other reporting tools
  • Deliver quality offerings and introduce PandaPay solutions using PandaPay sales process and methodology in a telephonic or virtual environment
  • Form mutually prosperous relationships with clients based upon confidence and trust
  • Promote culture and organizational camaraderie through engagement and proximity
  • Attend all team meetings, gatherings, training calls and virtual sessions
  • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and integrity at all times
  • Manage the expectations and relationships of potential and existing clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, critical drivers, and KPIs
