Bilingual Installation Assistant (Part Time) - Québec City, QC G1N 4C1
Communication Skills:
- Maintains ongoing scheduled/unscheduled communication with Territory Manager and territory colleagues to ensure current knowledge of upcoming programs.
- Liaises with account management as a Hallmark representative relative to installation activities and builds/maintains strong working relationships with account level management.
- Communicates clearly to Territory Manager or Regional Market Manager on installation results upon completion
Qualifications & Experience required:
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience working in retail environment.
- Previous experience working with fixtures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to travel when required.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must have strong knowledge of Smartphone technology and ability to effectively manage an email account
Responsibilities:
- Supports field team with instore revisions and installations. Coordinates with Territory Manager on installation details and leads assigned installations in the territory.
- Manage schedule as set out by the Fixture Leader or Regional Market Manager, being flexible to accommodate dates as they are paced or updated.
- Flexibility is required to react to issues that arise on a job site that interfere with original priorities.
- Resolve fixture execution issues, partnering with team members to assess theissue and identify the appropriate solution. Some situations may require developing short term solutions to display product until the permanent solution is ready to be implemented.
Supports merchandising and account service between installation jobs.
