JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Lead Developer to spearhead our web development team. In this role, you will oversee the development lifecycle of our web-based platforms, from concept and design to deployment and ongoing enhancements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our web solutions meet rigorous standards for user experience, security, and functionality. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker with a robust web development background and leadership skills to significantly impact our operational success
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience leading web development projects, supported by a portfolio of successful deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for addressing complex challenges in web development.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices pertinent to web development, including continuous integration and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and guide the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality web solutions within budget.
- Craft scalable and robust architectures for web applications that align with our business goals and user needs.
- Ensure high standards of code quality and adherence to best web development practices through regular reviews.
- Mentor and support team members, enhancing their skills and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Engage with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to clearly define project scopes and objectives.
- Implement and refine agile practices to enhance team efficiency and responsiveness to change.
- Stay abreast of the latest in web technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency in our projects.
