POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Bilingual Lead Development Specialist (French & English) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for building strong connections with potential clients and transforming marketing efforts into qualified leads. Collaborating closely with both the sales and marketing teams, you’ll play a critical role in nurturing prospects, managing the lead funnel, and driving pipeline growth. Lead Qualification & Outreach:
- Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads using prospecting tools and marketing insights to generate sales opportunities.
- Engage with leads through outreach, ensuring each prospect receives personalized and relevant communication
Responsibilities:
Sales-Marketing Alignment:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute strategies that generate and nurture high-quality leads.
- Ensure smooth transitions between marketing-driven lead generation and the sales team’s execution.
Lead Qualification & Outreach:
- Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads using prospecting tools and marketing insights to generate sales opportunities.
- Engage with leads through outreach, ensuring each prospect receives personalized and relevant communication.
Lead Funnel Management:
- Manage the lead handoff process between marketing and sales, optimizing CRM workflows for efficiency.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospects as they move through the funnel.
Event, Webinar & Campaign Support:
- Drive engagement and follow-up efforts after marketing events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Build relationships with attendees and convert them into qualified leads.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Partner with marketing to develop personalized outreach strategies for high-value accounts.
- Execute targeted campaigns using ZoomInfo and other tools to engage key decision-makers and drive conversions and qualified leads.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, technical, and customer success teams.
- Provide feedback on campaign performance, lead quality, and market trends to improve overall strategy via reports and capturing through our CRM systems.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry needs.
- Use insights to inform business development strategies and optimize outreach effectiveness.
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking all interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline by sourcing new prospects and nurturing relationships with potential clients across key industries.
