Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and other related documents.
  • Ensure all lease documents are up-to-date and accurately reflect Vault’s policy.
  • Act as a Librarian for all lease files, upload and categorize documents in a document management system (Salesforce and Aspire)
  • Track important lease dates (renewals, terminations, amendments) and ensure timely action is taken.
  • Assist with auditing lease documentation as required
  • Maintain accurate records of all lease-related financial transactions
  • Liaise with internal teams and resolve issues or related questions to specific files.
  • Coordinate with the treasury team on the requirements of files and assist with upcoming audits.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible electronic library of all lease agreements and associated legal documents.
  • Complete reporting and documentation tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
