QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for those who have managed teams.
• Skilled in using Litify/Salesforce, particularly its legal applications.
• Strong capabilities in litigation and drafting legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all legal tasks.

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a remote legal team to foster professional growth and ensure high performance.
• Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous development within the team, suitable for a remote work environment.
• Document Review: Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance, ensuring all work meets high standards.
• Project Oversight: Oversee timely execution of legal tasks and projects.
• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with client law firms from a remote setting.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest legal standards.
• Legal Guidance: Provide legal advice and updates on relevant legal changes, guiding the team remotely.
