Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent for different roles, including administrative assistants, receptionists, office managers, warehouse workers, forklift operators, and other related positions. The Office Support Clerk will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office, receptionist, customer service or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Reception Duties: Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Input and update data accurately in various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Support Team: Provide support to other team members and departments as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
