QUALIFICATIONS :
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine du recrutement, en particulier dans le recrutement de masse dans un BPO ou un environnement similaire.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Maîtrise de l’utilisation de logiciels de recrutement et de systèmes de suivi des candidats.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et dynamique.
- Connaissance de la législation et de la réglementation en matière d’emploi.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est requise.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English and French is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and social media.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with all hiring procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
