As a fluently Bilingual Organizational Development Specialist you will possess a talent for commanding a room, designing and delivering training in both English and French. In this role, you will work with the Manager of Learning and Development and partner with key stakeholders to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development that builds competencies and improves individual performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate corporate training in an engaging and charismatic manner based on design plan using various mediums, incorporating hands-on exercises and scenarios where applicable both virtually and in-person.
  • Support the creation of training strategies; outlining program goals, objectives, method of delivery, and evaluation methods.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s learning paths.
  • Identify existing knowledge, skills, abilities, and gaps for all groups/employees by conducting needs assessments and recommending appropriate training concepts and mediums to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.
  • Plan, organize, monitor, and control learning projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to achieve objectives.
  • Develop programs and curriculum’s from concept to implementation including design, support materials, training mediums, etc.
  • Provide on-going coaching, guidance, and support to ensure successful implementation of training concepts and results.
  • Develop and implement measurable program of continuous evaluation, feedback, and documentation to ensure program effectiveness, applicability, and has met learner’s/stakeholder’s expectations.
  • Acitively research new training development and facilitation methods to ensure that training development and facilitation continues to evolve.
  • Develop recommendations for changes and improvements to Learning and Development processes.
  • Other duties as required.
