Description:

We’re looking for results-driven Bilingual Project Coordinator to join our Game Planning Team at our Winnipeg Head Office.
Reporting to the Director of Game Management, you will be the liaison between assigned clients and internal work groups to ensure exceptional service and product quality. You will be responsible for preparing game specifications for all product requirements according to ISO procedures and facilitate on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts through timely responses to requests
  • Analyze game requirements ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective production methods are considered to produce tickets
  • Communicate production requirements to all required departments
  • Prepare game specifications based on requirements
  • Manage the flow of paperwork required to keep game orders on schedule and meet customers’ delivery deadlines
  • Assist with the development of design for all printed products (gaming products, package inserts, promotional materials) including new print innovations
  • Review art compatibility and graphics for printability and security
