Work Location: Fully Remote (Applicants must be based in Colombia)
Work Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Colombia Time)
Specialization: Quality Assurance in Web Development

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically in testing web applications.
• Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and a strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries and an excellent analytical skill set.
• Independent worker with keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator, experienced in Agile/Scrum processes.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience in performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.

• Plan, design, and execute testing phases for web projects, including system integration and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and automate test plans and scripts for comprehensive functional and regression testing.
• Ensure software stability and compliance through end-to-end functional testing.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to swiftly resolve issues identified during testing.
• Report on testing progress, results, and challenges to ensure project timelines are met.
• Engage in the creation and continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
