Description:

An elite real estate team led by industry leaders is on the lookout for a Part-Time Real Estate Assistant with Follow Up Boss (FUB) experience who is fluent in Spanish. This role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence in client relationship management through the proficient use of Follow Up Boss (FUB). The ideal candidate will be an expert in FUB, responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, conducting lead audits, and establishing effective follow-up systems. With a clientele that includes influential individuals, corporate executives, and celebrities, the candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. The role also involves editing marketing materials and translating all copy from English to Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Management in Spanish: Post engaging content on social media platforms in Spanish, tailored to resonate with our Spanish-speaking audience.
  • Newsletter Creation and Revision in Spanish: Develop and revise newsletters in Spanish, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and engaging.
  • Listing Presentations in Spanish: Create and update listing presentations in Spanish to align with client needs and market trends.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with clients in fluent, conversational Spanish, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update client information and interactions in our CRM (Follow Up Boss), ensuring data accuracy and efficient follow-up processes.
