Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk and support a positive experience for our clients, visitors, and employees. This position serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining the front desk area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome Visitors: Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and clients, ensuring a courteous and professional experience.
- Manage Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members or departments as needed.
- Support Administrative Tasks: Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling, and assist with mail distribution and document management.
- Security and Compliance: Follow visitor sign-in protocols and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
- Assist Staff and Management: Provide support with administrative needs, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and other tasks as required by team leaders.
- Additional projects/assignments as requested by management.
