Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Operations: Manage platforms (Indeed, ULima, UPC, Bumeran), review applications, pre-screen candidates, and update the Recruiting Status Report daily.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate English proficiency (minimum 8.5/10 proficiency for most roles) and assess goals, skills, and experience through discussions.
- Communication: Use WhatsApp for follow-ups, send emails with instructions, and guide candidates through interview stages.
- Coordination: Clarify job expectations and collaborate with the Head Recruiter to maintain accurate records and smooth workflows.
