BILINGUAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a key member of the Sales Department, the Bilingual Sales Account Manager will act as a liason, provide information and resolve an emerging problems that the company’s customer accounts may face, with acccuracy and efficiency. This person will also be the direct interface with prospective customers within the company as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years sales experience at Tier 1 auto motive production part supplier in North America or equivalent internal testing, and/or demonstrated work experience
- Closing experience for new project
- Program launch experience for new projects
- Contractual knowledge considered an asset
- APQP knowledge considered an asset
- KPI management experience considered an asset
- Above average negotiation sales skills
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Well-developed organization, time management and analytical skills
- Above average problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Intuitive, able to anticipate needs and respond with a sense of urgency
- Action-oriented, flexible dedicated and committed
- Experience with focus on financial reporting and budgeting in a manufacturing environment
- Strong accounting and financial background
- Excellent communication, presentation, meeting facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Strong team building and team leadership with experience
- Strong morals and ethics, along with commitment to confidentiality
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, SAP and email
- Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with budgeting tools
- Professional appearance and manners
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcome
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Must be fully bilingual (Japanese/English)
