POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Development Representative fluent in French to join our team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will excel in qualifying prospective clients, engaging leads, and setting up meetings using our advanced sales systems. This role is crucial in driving our business growth in French-speaking markets and will involve collaboration with various internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- This role requires fluency in French for client interactions and communications. The primary language of the company and internal communications is English; therefore, proficiency in English is also essential, as you will be working closely with English-speaking managers and colleagues.
- Previous sales or telesales experience is desirable but not required.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM and sales engagement software like Salesforce and Outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
- Initiative, a sense of competitive drive, and staying focused on results throughout changing conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Complete market development activities, including inbound lead follow-up, calls, and emails to schedule quality meetings for the Event Sales Specialist teams (ESS’s)
- Support the ESS’s in generating pipeline and increasing revenue using Quint’s sales methodologies
- Utilise customer-focused sales techniques in client interactions, including handling objections and qualifying.
- Collaborate with the Event Specialist team to transition qualified leads effectively.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Outreach.
- Ensure ethical treatment and respect for all team members, partners, and clients.
- If interested, opportunities to attend events as part of the operations team a few times a year.
