Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
Location: Must reside in Mexico. If living in Naucalpan, the position is on-site; otherwise, remote work is available.
Languages: Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in market expansion across LATAM and the USA, with knowledge of IT profiles and staffing management.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proven experience in business development and sales within the IT sector.
Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management.
- Expertise in account management and handling specialized IT personnel.
- Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of the IT market in LATAM and the USA.
SOFT SKILLS:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving commercial objectives and targets.
- Strategic and proactive thinking for problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Empathy and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
