We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator on a 1 Year Contract for our Head Office located in Dorval.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm
Contract: Full-time – 1 Year Contract – Hybrid
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

REQUIREMENTS:

• Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Marketing preferred
• Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
• Experience in the transportation industry an asset
• Creative, digital savviness, originality and resourcefulness
• Experience with design software (Canva).
• Experience with photo editing (Photoshop) an asset.
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English, French) both spoken and written
• Good working knowledge of Office suite and Google Sites
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt as needed
• Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by success
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to exceeding commitments
• Excellent time management and sense of priorities
• Dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
