Responsibilities:

IN THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a full cycle Sales Recruiter with bilingual Spanish and English fluency to join our team at TripleTen LATAM. The successful candidate will focus on filling sales and support positions for our LATAM team. This position will report into the Lead Recruiter and work closely with our LATAM sales leadership team to find and hire amazing sales people who are excited about our mission and vision to help people change their lives.

What you will do:

  • Be a talent partner to the LATAM B2C sales team and move them towards best hiring practices
  • Hire 15-20 sales positions per month across 2 levels of seniority (SDR’s and Sr. Closers)
  • Use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess applicants’ qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct video screenings to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, work experience, and interest in the position.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and progress in our ATS (we use Comeet).
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment strategies to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
