Utilize your project management and organizational skills to be accountable for managing various commercial projects that generate revenue, increase productivity, and enhance processes. These projects span multiple domains and activities. You will hold a visible position and will be required to interact directly with peers and leaders across all these groups.

WE VALUE :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MBA in engineering or business management
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with fire alarm and security systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (SalesForce, SAP, Cora, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interdepartmental collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities, ensuring nothing is overlooked
  • Always seeking to improve things (performance improvement, meeting commitments, and achieving results)
  • Experience in executing industrial projects is appreciated
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices and successful experience in project execution
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited instructions

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Promote, establish, and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Review all contractual documents and assist the sales team in estimating new project
  • Implement, monitor, and drive project schedules to ensure projects meet or exceed the timeline
  • Maintain project meeting minutes and distribute them.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance
  • Compile project closure documents and warranties
  • Manage project deliverables such as revenue, cost objectives, schedules, and milestones
  • Accountable for project forecast accuracy
  • Serve as subcontractor, work coordinator, and point of contact for the client
  • Provide quotes to customers on identified or requested additions and extras
  • Health, Safety, and Statutory Compliance: Conduct hazard and risk assessments for all tasks in accordance with Honeywell policy and regulatory requirements
  • Travel within Canada required with occasional overnight stays
  • Must be able to obtain security clearances and other client-required authorization
