JOB OVERVIEW
CoreBridge Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Bilingual SEO Project Manager to lead our SEO initiatives and drive organic growth for our clients. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive SEO strategies, managing SEO projects from conception to completion, and leading a team of SEO specialists. Your expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, combined with exceptional leadership and project management skills, will directly contribute to our company’s success and client satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role within an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing SEO strategies that drive significant organic growth.
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive knowledge of on-page, off-page, local SEO, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Strategic Planning Skills: Exceptional ability to align SEO initiatives with business objectives and overall marketing plans.
- Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English (oral and written), with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in performance tracking, reporting, and deriving actionable insights from data.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Agency Experience: Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as legal, financial, medical, and marketing sectors.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in SEO, digital marketing, or project management methodologies (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification, PMP).
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of web development practices and content management systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and refine overarching SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance conversion rates across various industries.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Project Oversight: Oversee all SEO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding SEO initiatives, aligning SEO strategies with the company’s broader marketing goals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven metrics to assess SEO performance, generate comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders and clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, including content, design, social media, and PPC teams, to integrate SEO strategies into broader marketing efforts.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Resource Planning: Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and ensure that the SEO team has the tools and training necessary to excel.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain SEO best practices, standards, and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
