Responsibilities:

As a Claims Support Professional, your primary role will be interacting with customers/claimants in a fast-paced environment and providing solutions in a professional and empathetic manner. In this great, starting-point role, you’ll identify process improvements that will help provide better service. With success, you’d have the opportunity to join the Claims Adjuster Fast Track or become a Generalist Adjuster (or another role within Underwriting or Claims). Prior insurance experience is not required – we will train you and help you learn insurance inside and out. Sample duties include:

  • Accurately execute sensitive clerical tasks on time.
  • Manage customers/claimants in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment with professionalism.
  • Accurately input notes/information into systems.
  • Prepare written correspondence.
  • Process payments, letters, reports, and other information.
  • Provide support to an assigned group of adjusters or underwriters.
