About The Role:
The Bilingual Specialty Support Representative, Canada Payment Services will be responsible for prompt payment processing to UKG’s customers utilizing Canada Payment Services product offering. Reporting to the Manager, Specialty Product Support, this person is also responsible for providing world class support to UKG’s customers through first point of contact problem resolution.
The applicant must be able to work onsite at least 3 days/week in our Montreal, Quebec or Toronto, Ontario office locations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned payment processes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolve assigned Canada Tax Remittance cases within SLA timeline
  • Assist internal and external customers with questions related to customer concerns
  • Reconcile tax data to ensure accurate remittances
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners including but not limited to Trust/Treasury Operations, Implementation Partners, Customer Success, Privacy Risk & Compliance, and Product Development
  • Monitor new customers through the implementation process by ensuring that requirements are met, and set-up is accurate and in compliance
  • Work both independently and as a part of a virtual team
  • Other Special projects or tasks assigned by management

Qualifications
About You:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Payroll, Financial Services Operations, and/or Support Operations experience
  • 1+ year of Customer Service/Support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Demonstrated communication skills (bilingual) in English and French language, both oral and written

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with/in UKG Product suite
  • HR, Payroll, and/or HCM domain experience
  • Professional banking, payroll, tax, or accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize/multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with UKG US headquarters and international sites.
