Description:

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates for open positions within the company. This role works closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The Talent Acquisitions Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, using recruitment tools and implementing best practices in hiring.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual French/English, written and spoken
  • Experience with high level recruiting or talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing candidate information effectively.
