JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our dynamic team from a remote setting. In this role, you will be essential in identifying, evaluating, and integrating top talent, shaping the future of our workforce and contributing to our company’s culture and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced remote environment

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to develop a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Screen applicants through resumes, assessments, and interviews.
  • Guide the interview, selection, and onboarding process.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
