Description du poste : À titre de spécialiste en acquisition de talent bilingue, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour identifier, attirer et embaucher les meilleurs talents pour une variété de postes à l’échelle de notre organisation. Vous trouverez les meilleurs talents pour TAXI Montréal, VML Toronto, VML Vancouver et d’autres bureaux de VML en Amérique du Nord, selon les besoins. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de l’embauche et nos partenaires RH pour comprendre les besoins d’embauche, développer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces et assurer un processus d’embauche harmonieux. Il s’agit d’un poste hybride (3 jours par semaine au bureau) qui nécessite d’être bilingue (français et anglais).
