WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a talented and bilingual UI Designer to join our Buenos Aires office. As a UI Designer in the User Experience Consulting Team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling user interfaces that adhere to industry best practices and enhance the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, solid experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a foundational understanding of designing for different digital platforms. You should be able to collaborate effectively within a team that follows a human-centered design process. Ideal profiles could have some of the following skills (not mandatory to have all):
BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE AND ACUMEN:
- Able to visually support user interface design for complex business applications by collaborating with other members of the user experience team.
- Ability to translate design systems into user interfaces, following visual design best practices for mobile and desktop applications.
- Ability to follow visual design documentation like pattern libraries and brand guidelines, and leverage it to execute mock-ups for clients and stakeholders.
- A foundational understanding of enterprise software is required.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and how they manifest in enterprise software to support end-users is a plus.
- Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of healthcare is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Interface Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI design.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design skills and projects.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Work Modality: On-site at our Buenos Aires office.

Responsibilities:
- UI Design: Develop visually compelling user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications, ensuring alignment with client branding and UX best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the UXEC team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs.
- Prototype Development: Leverage visual design documentation to create prototypes for clients and stakeholders, ensuring design systems are correctly implemented.
- Feedback Incorporation: Amend designs based on feedback from clients and team members to ensure the final product meets expectations.
- Design Documentation: Maintain and follow visual design documentation, ensuring that designs are consistent with established patterns and brand guidelines.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve design processes and outcomes.
