VIVO are seeking a Billable Works Manager to oversee planned and reactive maintenance at McMullen Barracks in Southampton.
This role will see you provide a single point of contact for Vivo to the Head of Establishment and DIO for all Billable Works matters on site, and manage the delivery and assurance of all Billable Works, ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met.
As part of your role, you will provide technical support and advice as required to the client, working closely with our Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to ensure that all applicable works conform to the requirements of JSP 375 and carry out the duties of Temporary Works Coordinator and CDM Principal Designer/Principal Contractor.
You will identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption on site and initiate Billable Works as appropriate by the raising of Statements of Need, manage FGas and waste compliance within the establishment., draft Statements of Need to support the Sustain/Maintain/Change Billable Works requirements needed to manage the estate effectively and ensure that all complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
In addition to this, you will write scopes for and manage small value maintenance projects.

What You’ll Need To Do The Job
First and foremost, you should be an experienced Hard FM Manager with ONC/BTEC level qualification in engineering related discipline or HNC/HND in construction related discipline.
You should also hold IOSH or equivalent and Emergency First Aid and Fire Safety certs would be an advantage.
If you have experience of scoping and managing small projects within the FM space that would be great but is not essential as we can support you with this aspect of the role.
You will need a full UK driving licence and the ability to pass SC Clearance to be considered for the position.
