Description:
Our client, Union Hearing Aid Centre is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join their team in Toronto. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial records and supporting our third-party billing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative and/or accounts receivable background, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships with third-party agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
