Otis Elevator is seeking a Maintenance Billing Specialist to join the Finance team. We are looking for a computer savvy individual with intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft applications, high critical thinking and analytical skills. Candidates must be able to interpret customer contract language, analyze system revenue and billing performance, and prepare account reconciliations. The ability to pivot within multiple financial systems and communicate expected business results is also relevant.

On a typical day you will:

• Prepare high volume of invoices to fit customers’ specific requirements
• Troubleshoot invoicing and system issues
• Provide excellent customer service to field offices
• Prepare customer account reconciliations

What you will need to be successful:

• Education: Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred
• Experience: • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience • Demonstrated analytical and reconciliation skills • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities • Accurate and detail oriented • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills: verbal, email and listening
• English: advanced
