Responsibilities:

Location: Remote, US
Hours: 9:00am - 6:30pm, preferably in EST. Due to Snappy employees being in Tel Aviv, London and across the US, we schedule all company-wide meetings and events in EST. We do our best to respect and accommodate your personal time, but please know that there will be company-wide (and Accounting Team specific) meetings and events that will be held in EST.
Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Compensation for this role is market competitive, offering a total salary ranging between $55,000-$65,000.
Snappy is in search of an Billing Analyst to join our growing Accounting team. The AR Analyst will be an instrumental member in being a part of the day to day AR activities with a strong focus on payment applications and billing customer inquiries.

As a Billing Analyst, you will:

  • Daily payment applications (high volume)
  • Answer customer inquiries via ticketing system
  • Approve all new customer purchase orders
  • Data entry maintenance
  • Ensure billing information on file is correct to facilitate the timely processing of invoices
  • Complete required documentation during new customer setup
  • AdHoc projects
