Responsibilities:

ROLE:

This is a full-time position, schedule will be Sunday night to Friday morning from 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM. However, due to business needs, these times could change thus the ideal candidate’s flexibility with working hours is essential to accommodate shift changes and to provide vacation and absences relief, based on business demands.
Candidates must be professional and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in a similar position is an asset. Candidates must be able to handle a high volume of data entry, stressful situations, possess ability to work independently and can trouble-shoot when necessary. This is an extremely fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and there is an expectation to process a high volume of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Invoicing, invoice correction and reversals.
  • Verification of BOL and shipping manifest.
  • Generate reports & documents, i.e., weight sheet summaries etc.
  • Interact with shippers, freight personnel and productions.
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with COD customers and cash receiving.
  • Order prioritizing in meeting driver’s timelines.
  • Order transfers to various warehouses to and from.
  • Issuing export documents.
  • GRN Purchase orders into Syspro.
  • Create inventory adjustments.
  • Deal with COD customers and cash receipts.
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly ERP reports.
  • Assist in sales order backlog cleaning.
  • Other office duties as required.
  • Various ad-hoc requests from Accounting and Costing supervisor.
