Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Ability to lift to 50lbs
  • Able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly
  • Experience working in a face paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize daily task to successfully complete task both long term & short term
  • Ability to interact well with a diverse group of people

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in business administration or closely related field
  • 1 year of experience in administrative office setting, preferably in Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Billing Clerk works in Accounts Receivable or Job Costing providing administrative and data entry support. This position aids in communication relating to invoices and works with the Accounts Receivable Department to balance company financial records.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS

  • Maintaining databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
  • Communicating with customers
  • Creating reports and tracking production
  • Maintaining customer designated deadlines
  • Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and transferring calls as needed
  • Assist with office errands needing to be completed
  • All other duties as assigned
