Description:
Sara Walker with Robert Half is looking for a diligent Billing Clerk to join our team in Tigard, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including interacting with tenants, managing inventory, handling invoices, and supporting management in day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide a positive first impression to all guests that visit or call the office.
- Foster an environment of respect, cooperation, and teamwork.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize files accurately.
- Manage inventory and oversee office supplies.
- Process and code all invoices, log expenses on a tracking spreadsheet, and work to resolve any discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Prepare purchase requisitions as needed.
- Enter data in property sales spreadsheet accurately and efficiently.
- Provide assistance to the Operations department as requested.
- Support the Marketing Department as needed by providing necessary information and assistance.
- Utilize Accounting Functions, Billing Functions, and Yardi Software to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role as a Billing Clerk
- Proficiency in Accounting Functions and Billing Functions
- Familiarity with Yardi Software is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet set deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
