ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Billing & Collections Intern to support the Billing & Collections area in Lima, Peru. In this role, you will:

  • Will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections team, the overall objective is ensure our members’ invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner. Also, taking care of the process for all non alternative revenue.
  • Provide a high-quality experience to both our members and our internal and external teams.
  • Download the daily bank statements of Citibank and Banco de la Nación so everything can be processed on time.
  • Inform system support teams of any system features that are not working properly (“bugs”)
  • Respond to and resolve all Member Support Requests within the defined SLA, while providing financially accurate information and highest quality member experience.
  • All the areas, specially with Community, Events and Growth.
