JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY
A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.
Our Accounts Payable and Receivable team is responsible for performing collections activity and payment of debt activity. You’ll focus on working with senior individuals to review and produce reports related to the accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts that will assist PwC in achieving monthly collection target amounts as well as ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.

The Billing Administrator (“BA”) provides exceptional internal and external client service, working directly with clients and with partners, practice staff and partner assistants to provide key financial management tasks critical to the firm’s financial performance. BAs are responsible for managing their partners’ financial management activities including invoice preparation, WIP and accounts receivable management, and reporting.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proven interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong technical skills in Excel and Word
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes including a numerical aptitude
- Strong knowledge of internal systems such as Google Mail, Google Hangouts, other Google applications and the firm’s proprietary accounting software (iPower)
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in accounting and/or relevant financial management
- Experience working in a professional services firm is an asset
- Client service experience is an asset
- Experience supporting senior level staff
