How will you support our “Why?”

As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers are billed accurately and on time each month. Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Generate invoices and credit notes with precision, ensuring all month-end deadlines are met
  • Calculate and bill contract termination fees and payout amounts
  • Address customer account enquiries with a helpful and positive attitude
  • Support our Sales team with account reviews and provide insights
  • Collaborate with our Billing Team Lead to analyse invoices, credits, and cancellation requests
  • Understand billing disputes and effectively communicate them to the relevant manager for resolution
  • Keep customer contact details accurate and up-to-date
  • Pitch in with other related tasks as needed
