SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    Supervision: Moderate must be able to follow directions and work independently
    Languages: English fluency required
    Training/Education required: High school diploma or equivalent; with some college or degree preferred
    Experience required: 1+ years’ experience in administrative/office/finance
    Work Environment: This role requires the physical demands of prolong periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and paying citation bills
  • Answering inbound phones calls and addresses customer requests as needed
  • Prepares billing repairs, mileage, and other assessorial costs to clients
  • Provide support for internal and external audits
  • General customer service obligations
  • Monthly billing paperwork
  • Maintains and updates customer files
  • Assist with any other duties assigned
