Your New Key Role Responsibilities

  • Completion of all B2b billing activities accurately and on time
  • Billing Set up and management of customer accounts including changes and terminations
  • Calculation, administration and audit of all pricing, add hoc charges and taxes
  • Administration and management of tariffs within Billing systems/programs
  • Calculation and preparation of customer invoices.
  • Both internal and external Customer / enterprise revenue reporting
  • Management of the Billing communications process
  • Supporting Internal and External customers
  • Responsibility for Investigating through to resolution all internal & external Billing queries/disputes.
  • Monitor and analyse billing data to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance
  • Liaising with other departments and 3rd parties, to identify and resolve billing issues.
  • Assessing impacts and making recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and implement new reports to track process performance.
  • Calculation and management of customer refunds.
  • Invoice collections within payment terms
  • Providing an insight of existing processes and potential scope for automation
  • Providing daily/weekly/monthly metrics reporting to billing manager on all activity
  • Ad-hoc activities as needed

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to work to strict targets to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Hold a minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree (Level 8) or minimum 2 years’ experience is a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex items effectively.
  • Intermediate level excel experience.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical & problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and ability in SQL a would be a distinct advantage
  • Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner.
  • Experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be beneficial.Previous utilities experience is preferred with energy supplier experience would be an advantage.

  • Salary 28,000 - 36,000 OTE
  • Based in Sandyford
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Hybrid work available after training (3 days in office and 2 days at home.)
