Fingleton White provide multidiscipline engineering services for the energy industry. We provide a full range of design, construction and commissioning services and are active across many sectors including Renewables, Gas Networks, Water, Energy & Utilities, and Asset Management. Responsibilities:

BIM/CAD Technician – REF: 2441
Due to continued growth in the business we wish to recruit a BIM/CAD Technician to work as part of our design team.

The initial role will include:

  • Use of BIM and CAD programs such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM 360 and Navisworks amongst others, to produce high quality project drawings from Design through to As-Built stage by working in conjunction with & under the direction of our engineers.
  • The drawings shall cover all disciplines from Mechanical & Civil to Electrical & Instrumentation.
  • The role consists of a combination of traditional 2D drafting work and BIM/3D modelling.

The successful applicant will receive, in parallel to project work, guidance & training to familiarize them with our company’s methodology & standards in relation to the production of our drawings. Training in our BIM/CAD software will also be available where deemed necessary.
The location for this role will be in our Kilkenny office.
