Job Description

• Company Wide Strategic BIM Development & Maintenance
• Procedures & Workflows development
• Establishing & Updating Templates as needed
• Content Management & Families
• Provide Direction and guide teams in Project Setup.
• Develop BEP as required
• Liaise with technical & production teams to ensure stage delivery
• Responsible for creation & management of Project Models
• Responsible for Model Auditing & Health Check ups
• Review & Lead clash detection and resolution workshops with all stakeholders
• Provide Training & Direction to in-house teams
• Ability to assess performance & interviewing potential candidates
• Manage Cloud-Based CDE

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience as BIM Manager
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of a Company’s Strategic BIM implementation.
• Must have knowledge of commercial BIM Aspects & have the ability to develop BEP’s as per Client Requirements.
  Additional Information
  Minimum 5-10 Years of experience.
  Good communication skills.
  Must have excellent command of Revit & Navisworks – Solibri Knowledge is a plus
