BIM Manager cum Coordinator

Vee 7 Information Technology LLC is seeking a skilled BIM Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM Management. The ideal candidate will oversee BIM modelers, provide technical support to clients and teams, and ensure effective BIM platform and model management. Responsibilities include managing LOD and LOI according to EIR, preparing and approving BEPs, and resolving technical queries related to BIM processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in BIM Management.
• Proficiency in BIM platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of EIR, LOD, LOI, and BEP processes.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary BIM modelers to ensure BIM processes are complied.
• Assist clients and internal teams with BIM-related technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with EIR standards for LOD and LOI.
• Develop, review, and approve BEPs (BIM Execution Plans).
• Oversee BIM model management and coordination.
